The Home
The property is 5,000 square feet and sits on an acre of land. From the kitchen window there is a view of Heavenly Ski Resort, which is 1/2 mile away. It has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Some indoor amenities include three wood burning fireplaces (one in the master bedroom), a walk around wet bar, full pool table, excellent stereo system, and two separate living room / family areas.

These areas are great when large parties use the home because the children can stay in one end of the house while the adults stay in the other. Outdoors there is a jacuzzi, volleyball court, horseshoe set, fire pit, two barbecues, two patios with outdoor dining furniture, parking for eight cars, a drive-through breeze way, and two balconies.

Tahoe Meadows
This spacious home sits in a private gated community in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. It’s close to all the action of the city, but secluded and rural as well. Tahoe Meadows is just off highway 50 on the California side. This community was established in 1924 and is listed on the National Register of Historic places. Because its only one mile from the Nevada border the casinos are very close. A fence surrounds the area on three sides with the fourth side being a private beach. There is an entry gate requiring a security code and the area is patrolled by security 24 hours.

During the summer, Tahoe Meadows offers various activities that the whole family can enjoy. At the beach on Lake Road, there are ping pong tables, a tether-ball, and volley ball tournaments. At night time you can enjoy talent shows at the outdoor theatre while roasting s’mores over an open fire. Behind the theatre there’s a softball field where games are played frequently.
